My boy has been groomed here twice (today being the second time), and both times everyone was super friendly and helpful! I'm not quite sure who groomed him the first visit, but today we had Jonathan & he was great! I will absolutely continue to bring him here for grooming! Every time he is groomed, he gets a toy after and everyone on the store side is just as nice! Highly recommend!

Love love love taking my dog to Petsense to be groomed. They always do such an awesome job! The entire staff is so helpful and kind. We never have a problem getting on their schedule and have always left extremely satisfied.

I was greeted as I walked in and was asked if I needed any assistance. The staff was very helpful when I needed to switch to a different dog food.

I bought a beardie from here and still have him almost 3 years now and we love going to the beardie meet and greets and of course we love everyone that's works there we r in there a lot. Just little sad when we don't see the pictures from the meet and greets 🥺 …

They groomed my two Bernese Mt dogs, Sasha and Tosh, they were a mess and needed a lot of work. The groomer didn’t complain she cleaned them up and made them look great. She really worked hard on them and deserved every penny she earned working on my two. I will be taking my dogs back there for their grooming needs. Liked the store and the people working there very much. I felt comfortable and safe. Could not complain about the prices either. Good place. I highly recommend it. Update; Tosh has passed. It’s just me and Sasha now. We pretty much go weekly, as she won’t let me brush her out. Erica on the other hand has Sasha quite in hand and gets her brushed out and looking quite sassy. Erica is the bomb ask for her. Tell her Tim and Sasha sent you You won’t regret it. Update; unfortunately Erica has left Petsense. I have no other information. John did Sasha’s brush out today. She looked good. We’ll see how it goes.

I was greeted by the store manager Joann who was very nice and pleasant. Dropped my dog off for a groom then I picked him up shortly after and he looked great. The grooming staff did an amazing job handling my rowdy doggy. Definitely will be back.

Erica did such an amazing job on Rocky's bath and deshed. It was slightly more expensive than other groomers but was definitely worth the convenience of having a set appointment and a quick turnaround time. She had him looking great in 90 minutes and even gave him a festive bandana. We will definitely be back. Update: Erica worked her magic again. I know he's in good hands with Erica because he is the happiest dog at pickup and comes out glowing. Visiting her is a staple now when we're in town from Houston.

I want to leave a beautiful review for Johnathan and Mrs Joanne your hospitality was absolutely outstanding I thank for such wonderful service welcoming and my dog with open arms and making him feel at home. Johnathan did exactly what i asked him to do with no problem this is what i called customer service and customers can advocate and problem is solved you don’t meet too many professional groomers like this and he is amazing and Mrs Joanne she loved on my fur baby like he was hers thank you again Ry and I will be back ❤️

I recently went to this location and all the staff were amazing. I have several types of animals and they went through all the items that I could purchase for them and gave me some direction in some different proteins for my cats that have digestive issues. One lady in particular was very supportive and suggested a specific food she fed her cat and gave me options on some bonus added moisture options in a more natural canned food for them. The cats loved it all and it worked well! I appreciate you all!
